it on the motorway cruising. Before us it was a fleet car and was serviced by peugeot, we kept that dealer history going. The V5 is present and it is HPI free, (you can do your own search). RAC inspection is welcome. The car has had new disks and brakes all round and we had a new clutch fitted about 2 years ago. All paperwork is available. The car drives nice has good MPG and shifts when you need it.The car is fully loaded with extras: Panoramic sunroof, elec window, mirrors, tinting rear view mirror. ABS, ESP, air con with duel controls, cd player, 6 gears, half leather auto windscreen wipers and auto lights. The tailgate splits so you can open it fully or just the window. There are roof rails, 60/40 split seats and on board computer. All the alloys are in good nick.The car is in the condition you would expect from a 7 year old car. The only reason we are selling is due to buying a new car. The garage have offered us £2500 in PX, if we can raise over that, (and cover our ebay fees), we will be happy. 2006 PEUGEOT 407 HDI SW ESTATE CAR IN A SILVER/BLUE COLOUR 2006 PEUGEOT 407 2.0 HDI SW HDI ESTATE CAR FINISHED IN A SILVER/BLUE COLOUR | You are looking at our auction for a Peugeot 407 HDI estate car finished in a silver/blue colour. The car has just been taken as a main agent part exchange and we are offering it to the ebay market with no reserve to the highest bidder. The car has done 149,000 miles and comes with an MOT until June 2012. We can have a new 12 months MOT added onto the car for a fixed price of £100 which will cover any faults that may need rectifying. The car is also taxed until the end of December 2012 and this can be purchased from us by the winning bidder for its face value of £110. The car is a good specification and features a full panoramic glass roof. The has just been serviced by us and it was serviced in 2009 at the main Peugeot agents. | | The exterior of the car is generally in very good condition indeed. It is finished in by far and away the best colour for one of these which is a silver/blue colour or a moonstone blue colour on the older Peugeot models. The paintwork is very clean and sharp with there being no discolouration or faded areas. There is no rust around the car whatsoever. The only marks that need to be mentioned include a dent in the drivers side wing, a small scuff on the front bumper, a couple of light car park dings on the drivers door and a few load marks on the rear bumper. The drivers side mirror casing is also missing and the glass is cracked. These are just all very superficial and minor and do not detract from the overall value of the car. I have taken many photographs of the car so please take your time and look through them all in detail. | | The interior of the Peugeot is in average condition. By this I mean its not bad, but at the same time its not immaculate. Please note, the car will have had a full valet before the winning bidder comes to collect it and the photogrpahs below are taken before the valet. The seats are in decent condiiton and do not suffer from any major wear. There are a couple of light marks but after the valet they will have gone. The dashboard and doorcards are in decent condition with there being just a few light marks on the door cards. There are a couple of marks on the roof lining but this is just to be expected from an estate car of this age and mileage | | Mechanically the 407 is very good.. The engine starts first turn and runs sweetly and quietly with there being no nasty noises or excessive smoking at all. The gearbox is superb and all gears engage as they ought to with there being no nasty crunches at all. The clutch does not slip or anything bad. There are no nasty rattles and bangs from the suspension and all is as it should be. The brakes are good and they bring the van to a stop in a good safe distance. All in all very good. The water temperature sits nicely and the heater produces nice warm air.
