to the front end where the previous owner bumped a wall and there is quite a large dent and scrape down the passenger side rear door and rear quarter where my partner caught a bollard in a carpark while trying to avoid an idiot coming the other way, none of the damage affects the way the car drives though. The exhaust back box will need replacing or repairing as its come away from the rest of the system.Fuel filler flap is missing.Original Peugeot cassette radio with 6 CD changer in the boot.Car has all the usual Peugeot toys such as Air conditioning, Automatic Windscreen wipers, Climate control, Etc...All electrics work fine.Engine has done 176355 miles and is begining to sound like a diesel (which it is) but still pulls like a steam train through the gears.Oil and filter change done about 300 miles ago.Interior is in good condition, there is a very small hole in the fabric of the back seat. All 4 tyres and spare in good condition with plenty of wear left on them.Towbar and electrics fitted but have never towed with it so dont know if electrics work.Very economical car, Peugeot say 48MPG but can get way more than that out of it (took it from Darlington to London Heathrow and back on less than £50 of fuel!!)Car is ready to drive away, all it needs is a little TLC and it will serve you well for years to come.Remember, you are BIDDING TO BUY!BUYER COLLECTS!Any questions please feel free to contact me. 2006 PEUGEOT 207 1.6 HDI 110 GT - BLACK 3dr
.
I am reluctantly selling my 2006 Peugeot 207 1.6 HDI GT 110 in Black. I am the second owner of this car and it has only done 38510 miles (car is used daily...>
so mileage will increase) It is the top of the range model with sports interior which includes half leather sports seats that are height adjustable. It has the full length glass panoramic roof, electric windows, air conditioning, power assisted steering, automatic wipers, automatic headlamps, directional lights, front fog lights, auto dimming interior mirror, remote central locking, CD player that plays MP3`s with a control stalk on the steering column, trip computer with an easy to use display set into the dashboard, electric door mirrors, adjustable steering wheel rack, Isofix child seat anchor points, The car looks very sporty with 17" alloy wheels and performs really well with all of the advantages of being a very economical Diesel that also benefits from cheap tax - £95 per year. Consumption/Emissionsmpg (combined): 58.9mpg (urban): 47.1mpg (extra urban): 68.9CO2 emissions: 126Emission class: Euro 4 The MOT was done in October, full service was carried out at 31765 miles and the car is taxed until March. In it`s favour, It still looks respectable when it`s cleaned up, and is the most comfortable car we have ever driven. Even on long drives (as we have done to Cornwall with a family of 2 adults & 3 teenage boys) It also has a towbar with twin electrics. Not much else to say, If you are reading this then you probably already know why you are looking for a cheap peugeot 406 diesel! You are welcome to view, test drive before bidding... It is what it is, and does it`s job with comfort and economy! In an attempt to avoid time wasters: This is a cheap, used, family sized diesel car, please be realistic. round condition and has obviously been looked after during its 51500 miles. This is a great sporty looking car with diesel economy (45 - 50 mpg) and cheap to tax (£90 a year) and insure. Features include: 17" alloys Climate control/Air Conditioning Electric Windows front & rear Auto folding electric mirrors Panoramic glass roof Auto headlights Auto wipers Directional lighting Radio/CD player Half Leather upholstery All alloys are scuff free and tyres have plenty of life left in them, there is also a full size spare alloy wheel. The interior is in excellent condition and with no scuffs or pulls to the seats or trim, the only fault on the whole car is that the climate control display doesn`t work but i`m sure this is a relatively easy thing to fix, the climate control is all still in working order though. The car comes with full dealer Service History, MOT til Feb 2013 and is taxed until March 2012 any inspection is welcome and if you have a question about anything I may have missed here then please contact me. Payment is cash on collection or paypal only (no bankers drafts or cheques please). Thanks X

2005 PEUGEOT 307 SW S HDI 110 BLUE, AMAZING ECONOMY 7 SEATS ALL REMOVABLE
.
HIGH MILER BUT MASSIVE DEALER HISTORY AND NEW CLUTCH
| Here we have our much loved people carrier reluctantly for sale we are selling due to moving and I can walk to work from our new home so this makes...>
this vehicle redundant. Ive owned this vehicle just over 2 and a half years previously it was a lease car from new where no expense was spared. I`ve got all the printouts of all the work done, it even went to Peugeot to have new bulbs fitted !!! A year ago it had a new clutch and flywheel which still has a years warranty to run it also had 2 new front springs and a new key which in itself cost over a £100. | Overall condition I would describe as good, there are scratches and marks and the odd ding but nothing major and as you can see from the pics its a lovely looking car. It also has a panaoramic glass roof which is brilliant. | As you can see from the pictures the car is a 7 seater or 5 seater estate or you can take all 5 rear seats out if ever you want to transport large things. The seats take literally 2 secs to unclip and out they come. The cars other brilliant selling point is its amazing economy, round town you get 40+mpg and on a run you can get 60+mpg however it certainly isn`t underpowered and goes like a train when needed. (I once got 74mpg going to London doing 60mph all the way) | Due to the short MOT I`ve put it on at a ridiculous £2000 and thats what I want for it no more no less, book price says £2995 for poor condition. Please do not message me offering less as refusal often offends Come and test drive it and snap up this bargain, ideally I would like it sold for the weekend. The MOT will not be an issue as the car has 3 new tyres on it and I also did the brake pads last year and it sailed through with no issues whatsoever. Car is in Cannock Staffs WS11 postcode, message me or call for more details | Checkout my feedback and you can see I`m not a dealer and that I don`t sell cars this is a private sale and I have 100% positive feedback and grab yourselves a great car for silly money | X

New Peugeot (110) car for sale

2005 / 55 PEUGEOT 307 SW SE HDI 110 DIESEL ESTATE = 1 OWNER FROM NEW = TOP MODEL
.
A GENUINE BARGAIN == FACELIFT MODEL == MUST SEE !!
55 REG PEUGEOT 307 SW SE 1.6 HDI DIESEL ESTATE 110 BHP 1 OWNER FROM BRAND NEW VERY ECONOMICAL & PRACTICAL, TOP OF THE RANGE FAMILY CAR! £3395 GENUINE...>
BARGAIN !!! Welcome to the auction of this, very clean honest and genuine top of the range economical diesel family estate car! Where do I start ,…….. This car has only had 1 owner from new. As you can probably tell by the photos it is the face lifted newer type shape. The specification is fantastic and includes to name a few.. , full panoramic glass roof, air con, alloys, roof rails, front fogs etc, Power steering, remote central locking alarm, factory fitted cd player inc 5 disc changer with multi function steering wheel remote, fuel and trip computer, roof bars, Airbags, colour coded bumpers, lots of storage and well thought out for the modern family. (huge boot space) lots of service history including all handbooks , . all previous MOTs, lots of receipts etc etc !! ! Also has a nice long mot and is very cheap to tax!! I have the full V5 (log book ) and importantly the car is hpi clear ! The interior and exterior appearance are very good indeed, Just a small scratch on 1 rear door and the odd stone chip as you would expect on a car of this age, but that’s it!! The engine, gearbox, breaks are all good! Engine has nice clean oil, header tank has nice clean antifreeze, no head gasket issues etc!! just had new clutch fitted 500 miles ago!! It drives really well, nice smooth engine note, tight gear change, So mechanically all is spot on!!! I have personally driven this car over 500 miles and can confirm it drives very well! It also returns excellent fuel economy, I have had it reading 56 mpg ! Why is it so cheap I hear you say?? Well It has covered 109000 miles, which in fairness in this modern diesel engine world is nothing,. But certainly drives and performs no different to one done an average of 70000. Which would normally retail at £5995! So a genuine bargain at my trade asking price? I Know I have gone on a bit about how good this car is, but I feel I need to do it justice as there is a lot of worn up rubbish out there! The new owner will be delighted with this great family car, it is honest and genuine, it really does look and sit well, it is tight and genuine these are hard to find like this at this great price! GREAT PRICE FOR A NEWER SHAPE MODERN LOOKING DIESEL ESTATE ! Overall if your looking for a practical car with a fantastic spec or just wanting an ultra economical estate car for the family, then I think you have just found it! Viewings and AA/RAC Inspections more than welcome prior to sale end, Telephone 07795 555112 with questions or to view prior to sale end !! £3395 BARGAIN !! COLLECTION / DELIVERY This car must be paid for within 3 days of sale end. I can collect you from Norwich train or bus stations or Norwich airport. Delivery is available at £1.20 per mile one way from Norwich, (For example) Norwich to London would be 120 miles, therefore £144 ! if delivery option is chosen, car and delivery to be paid prior to driver leaving! Feel free to ask any questions ? Terms and conditions ( Please read before bidding ) A deposit of £50 paid via paypal and a landline telephone number will be required immediately at the end of the auction and sale to be completed within 3 days of auction end, unless stated otherwise. Balance to be paid in cash or bank draft ( which must be brought in banking hours) only . I reserve the right to cancel/withdraw bids or end the sale early as may be advertised in other media Please note although I have listed this car as accurately as possible and I endeavour to list any major fault with the car, remember this is a used car and is not brand new. Peoples opinions differ from person to person, i.e. I may think a stone chip on a mirror is acceptable on a high mileage or 4 year old car, yet a buyer may think they are entitled to £200 off the price, or even want to walk, I do not want to waste buyers or my own time so I urge inspection prior to bidding as I will not tolerate “mind changers, tyre kickers, ” at point of collection or indeed a complaint once the car has arrived home! I start the sale at a low price and with a no reserve policy, and every opportunity is given to inspect prior to sale. If you choose not to view or to have a detailed telephone description given, and win the car, that is up to you, but you own the car no excuses. It is not in my interests to mis-describe a vehicle. Remember you are bidding to buy not to turn up and walk away/haggle. Please view prior if at all unsure! All non showing and tyre kicking winning bidders will be subject to legal action, (as I said, you are bidding to buy!) Negative feedback will be left and I will do everything in my power to ensure they can not use ebay again. Sadly a small few are out there. All genuine ebayers understand the above, I am ever so sorry to sound harsh, but we all need to know where we stand. I hate having to write all of the above, but I have to protect my interests, Thanks for reading !! THANKS FOR LOOKING AND GOOD LUCK ! X

Until the 1970s, along with half a dozen other semi-premium car-makers, it occupied a small and inhospitable piece of market territory between the mighty mass-market players like Ford on one side and prestige brands such as Mercedes on the other. Audi quickly twigged that there wasn't much of a future in this patch of automotive no-man's land and embarked on the decades-long move up-market that today allows it to look Mercedes and BMW in the eye. Alfa, Lancia, Saab and Volvo stayed where they were but only Volvo really made a decent fist of it. Peugeot's response was different. It decided to enter the mainstream, adding smaller cars like the 104 to its conservative saloons, but, and this was the really clever bit, as it scaled up, its cars retained their distinctive style and driving qualities, making the 205, 305 and 405 some of the most desirable mass-market cars of the time. And then, suddenly, Peugeot, previously so nimble in responding to changing conditions, somehow lost it. By "it" I mean that hard-to-define dash that set a Peugeot apart from other big-selling cars – a subjective eagerness, a certain sweetness in the operation of the major controls, and, above all, good looks. I suspect the precise turning point came when the pert and pretty 306 was replaced by the sobersided and sober-sided 307 in 2001. Anyway, the significance of the 5008 is that it provides the best evidence so far that Peugeot has recovered its former vim. It's a sister to the 3008 people carrier but gets a larger body that can accommodate seven, and has the sort of handsome design in which Peugeot used to specialise. Our test car had the company's excellent 1.6 litre diesel engine, which is easily strong enough to allow this quite large car to keep up with UK traffic. This was paired with Peugeot's EGC transmission, a sometimes hesitant semi-automatic that redeems itself somewhat by offering the same performance and only slightly less economy than the standard manual. The spacious interior feels very well put together – a big area of improvement over older Peugeots – and our top of the range model even had a neat head-up display that projects speed and other data directly into the driver's field of view, a feature usually found only on much more expensive cars. In all, the 5008 is a great effort – and there's more to come. Is it another wallowy French bus or does it offer something for the driver? If you’re lucky – and you’re prepared to graft a bit to put money in the bank – your driving life until children come along can be fun. Sure, the first few years after passing your test will stretch your finances as you struggle to pay for insurance on anything more interesting than a G-Wiz, but get over that hump and things start to get more fun. With only yourself to please it’s easy to justify a V8 something or a sub 5 second 0-60mph anything. Your money. You worked hard. You deserve it. And as long as when you settle down he/she who must be obeyed understands you love cars there’s still no problem with driving something fun. Until your loins start to work overtime and you suddenly need room for more than two or three in the back. Then it can feel like your life of fun behind the wheel has been cut short and you’re condemned to half a lifetime of driving a van with windows to be able to transport your brood, their ‘Stuff’ and their friends from one pressing social engagement to another. If you’re really lucky and have worked your socks off you may be able to get away with only driving the van with windows when you all travel together, and keep something ‘interesting’ as your daily drive. But even if you have been fortunate enough to get to that position you still have to drive the box regularly, or ignore your offspring until they’re grown up (there’s a thought). But the keen driver’s family nightmare can be mitigated by picking the right MPV. No point in going for something soft and squidgy as there is no chance that’ll be any fun to drive. So that rules out anything from a French car maker. Or does it? Much to our surprise – having just spent a week with the Peugeot 5008 Exclusive HDi 110 – that is definitely not the case. I know, it doesn’t make sense. A 1.6 litre diesel MPV from Peugeot and it’s OK to drive. Actually, it’s not just OK to drive. It really is enjoyable to drive. “There’s bags of grip on offer and the 5008 turns in and goes where you point it. True, there is a payoff with ride quality which isn’t feather pillow, but it’s not harsh or intrusive; just firm and reassuring.” The 1.6 litre turbo diesel churns out 110bhp and manages 0-60mph in around 12.5 seconds. Which sounds so boring. But it doesn’t feel boring. As long as you keep a few revs under your belt the torque kicks you around town without any problem at all. There’s bags of grip on offer and the 5008 turns in and goes where you point it. True, there is a payoff with ride quality which isn’t feather pillow, but it’s not harsh or intrusive; just firm and reassuring. The steering can lack a bit of feel when you get moving, but it responds so well it really isn’t an issue. It’s not just around town the 5008 performs well either. On the motorway it’s happy to sit at 85mph all day long and still have a bit (mind you, it is only a bit) of oomph in reserve. But as long as you’re not too impatient – and let’s face it, no one drives on a motorway for fun – the 5008 acquits itself commendably. Economy is also a strong point. The 5008 isn’t exactly small – even if by MPV standards it is on the compact side – but despite this Peugeot still claim 53.2 mpg. To achieve that you’d have to drive like a Saint, but it won’t be too difficult to average out at 45mpg. We got it down to 38mpg when we were giving the 5008 a seeing to round the back roads to see how far it could be pushed, but we got much closer to 50mpg on a leisurely jaunt round the M25. So, you’re thinking that there must be a price to pay for decent performance and a decent drive. Ugly as ’70s Skoda and a rotten interior to boot? No, far from it. 1 | 2 next Click to comment on this story in the Cars UK Forum Tags: Auto News, Car News, Peugeot 5008, Peugeot 5008 1.6 HDi 110, Peugeot 5008 1.6 HDi Review, Peugeot 5008 1.6 HDi Road Test Comments To comment, click on the Forum link above. In the annals of Peugeot’s history, a five suggests genuine practicality and was used on the old 505 large saloon and wagon. The latter offered up to eight forward-facing seats, long before MPVs, thanks to a row of chairs in its boot. The 5008, though, is a compact MPV entirely in the new tradition. Based on a small family car, it offers five or seven seats (the latter in the case of our test car) and is available with a range of four-cylinder petrol and diesel motors of average size and performance. Its high driving position is very much in the same mould as the Citroën C4 Grand Picasso, with which the 5008 shares its underpinnings. Having recently installed a new design director, Peugeot has promised a renaissance in its styling direction, while the company is also suggesting that driving dynamics are in line for improvement after an extended period of mediocrity. Does the 5008 possess any of Peugeot’s newly hoped-for vigour, or did the new attitude come too late for it to inject any sparkle? If only it worked both ways. It’s all to do with seat comfort – or rather discomfort.Things started so promisingly. I appreciated the way the sculpted driver’s seat curved around me on the test drive, but soon after collecting the car I realised that my back wasn’t getting enough support on long journeys. Now, after eight months with the car, my back starts to ache within half an hour or so. Not even a couple of carefully placed cushions help.At least I was able to cure the ache in my left knee by removing the overly high footrest (easy as it was held on by only one screw), but you shouldn’t have to take bits off a car to get comfortable. It’s a shame, because the 3008’s cabin looks great. The huge glass roof (a £350 option) makes the interior light and airy, and at night the orange lighting creates an inviting glow. The high-set dashboard makes you feel like you’re sitting in a cockpit, and all the controls are close to hand and easy to use. There’s also loads of storage space, so my favourite choccie bar is always within range, and the large, air-conditioned central storage bin is perfect for keeping drinks cold. The stereo is particularly good, too.Things are less impressive with passengers on board. My girlfriend’s son, Connor, is seven, so has to sit on a booster seat. If he’s in the back, the front-seat passenger has to move their seat forward to give him enough space. A bit more room would make the 3008 a better family car.More engine refinement wouldn’t go amiss, either. The 1.6-litre diesel engine drones when you’re cruising on the motorway, and isn’t helped by relatively short gearing that keeps performance acceptable but the revs quite high. I recently tried a larger 5008 with a 2.0-litre diesel engine and an auto gearbox, and its longer gearing meant the engine wasn’t working so hard. It also used less fuel than my 3008 does on the same journey. These are minor annoyances compared with the seats, though. I’m starting to wonder if I’ve got a particularly odd body shape so, if you own a 3008, let me know if you’re suffering similar issues. The record braking Peugeot 308 HDi 110 We always knew Peugeot’s 308 HDi 110 FAP had miserly fuel consumption. And now the hatchback’s mpg has won it a place in the 2009 Guinness Book of Records! Peugeot’s entry in the prestigious book comes after a standard 308 HDi 110 FAP – equipped with Michelin Energy saving tyres – was driven 9,000 miles round the coast of Australia. During the journey, the car broke two world records by recording an unprecedented 1,192 miles on just 60 litres of diesel fuel… and an average fuel consumption of 90.75 mpg. The Peugeot 308 HDi 110 FAP hatchback now holds the World Record for both the best fuel economy from a standard city car, a record previously held by a Peugeot 307 hatchback, and the record for the furthest distance travelled on a full tank of fuel. The 308 HDi 110 FAP was driven by husband and wife team John and Helen Taylor. ‘For us, the Peugeot 308 is the perfect family car’, says John Taylor. ‘It can comfortably seat five adults and during our 25 day trip, the boot space proved itself too, swallowing up all of our necessary luggage.’ The record drive was verified to make sure it met all the Guinness World Record requirements – including making sure nothing was removed from the car to reduce weight in order to save fuel. Pierre Louis Colin, Managing Director, Peugeot UK, says: ‘The feat performed by John and his wife, Helen, in the 308 is outstanding. It proves the difference that driving economically – with the rising cost of fuel – can make on your pocket.’ The Peugeot 308 is available with a range of fuel efficient engines, including the HDi 90 and HDi 110 FAP* diesel models which also have CO2 emissions of 120 g/km. This reduces the vehicle’s excise duty to only £35.00 and with combined fuel consumption of 62.7 mpg also reduces everyday running costs. *When fitted with the six-speed EGC gearbox.
